Responsibilities

Learn and apply real estate sales techniques through hands-on training and mentorship Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties Conduct property viewings and provide basic market insights Build relationships with clients, developers, and team members Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings using CRM tools Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support lead generation and property promotion Stay informed about market trends, project launches, and real estate regulations
Qualifications

No prior real estate experience required; training will be provided Strong communication and interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred RERA certification is a plus but not mandatory
