Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals to join our team as Fresh Real Estate Agents. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are new to the industry and eager to build a successful career in real estate. You will receive full training, mentorship, and access to exclusive listings to help you grow into a top-performing agent.

Key Responsibilities

Learn and apply real estate sales techniques through hands-on training Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across Abu Dhabi Conduct property viewings and provide basic market insights Build relationships with clients, developers, and team members Use CRM systems to manage leads and track progress Collaborate with senior agents and support staff to close deals Work toward monthly performance goals and commission targets
Qualifications

No prior real estate experience required; training will be provided Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and self-motivation UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital tools
