Role Overview

We are looking for ambitious and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Fresh Real Estate Agents. No prior experience in real estate is required--just a strong work ethic, a passion for property, and the drive to succeed. Key Responsibilities

Learn and understand the Abu Dhabi property market, including residential and commercial sectors Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties Conduct property viewings and support clients throughout the transaction process Build and manage a personal client portfolio through networking and lead generation Collaborate with senior agents and internal teams to support marketing and sales efforts Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings
Qualifications

No prior real estate experience required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin are a plus Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude Self-motivated and eager to learn UAE driving license preferred
