We are looking for a fresh graduate or non-experienced dentist to join our team as a Call Center Executive.
This role is ideal for a new dental graduate who wants to gain hands-on clinical exposure, understand patient flow, and build communication skills in a professional medical environment.
Your main responsibility is to call new leads immediately, provide basic dental information, and convert inquiries into booked appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact new leads as soon as they arrive
Convert leads into confirmed appointments
Provide basic dental information (implants, veneers, cleaning, aligners, etc.)
Follow up with potential patients
Maintain accurate lead and booking records
Coordinate with the front desk and dental team
Deliver professional and friendly communication at all times
Requirements:
Fresh graduate dentist (no prior experience needed)
Arabic speaker - mandatory
Own visa - mandatory
Strong communication and people skills
Confident, proactive, and fast in calling
Good command of English
Ability to explain treatments in simple terms
Willing to learn and grow
