About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and professional French?Speaking Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work with international clients, and a solid understanding of the UAE property market. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage the full sales cycle and deliver a high standard of service to French?speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities

Assist French?speaking clients with property inquiries, viewings, and transactions. Manage the full sales process, including lead qualification, property presentations, negotiations, and closing deals. Provide accurate information on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners. Maintain an updated database of listings, client interactions, and sales activities. Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaigns targeting French?speaking audiences. Represent the company professionally and uphold high service standards.

Requirements

Fluency in French and English (spoken and written). Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred. Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi or UAE property market, or willingness to learn quickly. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients. Professional appearance and a customer?focused approach. Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
