An Interior Contracting Company, based in Dubai Investments Park and specialized in Shop-Fitting of Luxury Brands is seeking a French or Italian Project Managers with relevant experience of minimum 5 years; Duties & Responsibilities: * Take Client's brief, understand requirements and propose feasible solutions. * Conduct accurate site measurements. * Responsible for producing architectural working drawings including all details for architectural interior projects. This includes millwork, elevations, plans, sections etc. * Maintain / organize project files, schedules and specifications. * Produce detailed drawings using AutoCad software. * Produce Bill Of Quantities, plan and source material with the procurement in charge * Responsible of producing sample boards matching accurately the client's specs. * Monitor the furniture manufacturing process (wood, stainless steel, glass etc) whether in-house or subcontracted and ensure highest accuracy and finishing quality. * Liaise with mall managements/landlords, meet their requirements for permits/approvals/Completion Certificates, including all Utilities & Government Departments * Managing site installation supervisors to meet highest quality standards, safety rules and handover deadlines. * Conduct site meetings with the clients and circulate the relevant minutes * Implement corrective actions as the case may be. * Report daily on the work progress * Ensure prompt and professional company's representation as well as business correspondence. Profile * Native French or Italian * Expert in AutoCad. Working knowledge of 3D Max is a plus * Minimum 5 years of experience in high end boutique fit-outs * Extensive knowledge of all related material and their sources * Outstanding skills in project planning and follow up. * Highly organized, detail oriented, deadline driven and multi-project handling * Quality focused and Team spirited * Energetic, Flexible and Proactive Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Application Question(s):
