Our Story HyperSpace is a Dubai/Riyadh based future forward entertainment company, building a new format of location based entertainment linking physical and digital experience and customer engagement. Our parks sit at the convergence of social media arena and real world video game, engaging our audience meaningfully through an IRL physical experience and through digital engagement and gameplay post-visit. Our parks are powered by tokens and digital assets, and run on a game economy mirroring AAA gaming environments, and are purpose built for a new generation of content creators and players. To date we have opened up our first entertainment attraction - AYA - a 40,000sq-ft digital immersive experience park located in Dubai, which is seeing an average of 2,000 visitors a day. We will open two House of Hype locations, each 100,000sq-ft at Riyadh Boulevard and Dubai Mall in Q4 2023.. The Role: As the Architect & Project Manager, you will hold a leadership role responsible for managing medium to high-risk projects from their conceptualization (Blue Sky) through to occupancy, close-out, and transition to operations. In this capacity, you will perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing and overseeing the project from concept until construction stage scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, design coordination, procurement, execution, delivery, and operationalization. You\'ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including external engineering and technical consultants, while reporting to the Architect & Project Director and Executives as necessary. Responsibilities:

• Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
• Conduct site inspection to check the status of the project before proceeding to the actual drawing documentation
• Take the \xe2\x80\x9cbrief\xe2\x80\x9d to identify the needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals
• Develop conceptual/space planning and prepares detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models, material and mood boards
• Prepare project submission, architectural plans and MEP works to acquire building permit and approvals on governing authorities
• Establish the strategic direction for assigned projects.
• Define project controls (such as reporting templates, budget, and schedule) in collaboration with APM/Project Coordinator.
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders like owners, operators, vendors, and consultants as the primary representative of HYPERSPACE.
• Exhibit the ability to address performance concerns among employees or contractors, offering guidance or coaching as needed.
• Develop comprehensive scopes of work, estimates, schedules, budgets, Requests for Proposal (RFPs), contracts, procurement plans, buyout strategies, close-out procedures, occupancy plans, and warranties.
• Manage project commitments aligned with pro forma and owner\'s project requisites.
• Prepare and present monthly project status reports, holding accountability, to senior management and ownership.
• Oversee all phases of the design and construction process, collaborating with external design and engineering consultants..

About You:

• Proficiency in Revit and Autocad programs is a Must!
• Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven working experience as an Architect.
• Ability to define AV scope, provide cost estimates, and finalize technical parameters.
• Proficiency in preparing/reviewing Technical BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and Costing Sheets for BOQ.
• Skill in preparing Technical Compliance Statements.
• Experience in google workspace, Smartsheet and related project management software.
• Basic knowledge in Audio Visual systems.
• Understanding of MEP services/systems.
