1. Company Overview

Millennium Business Solutions is a multi-service firm specializing in:

Business setup and company registration Feasibility studies and investment structuring Development of real estate and creative projects Investor support (local and foreign) Providing tailored, high-level business solutions
2. Purpose of Hiring the Marketing & Sales Team

The company is currently onboarding a specialized Marketing & Sales team under the Scope Work Group to lead the promotion of our services through a structured, strategic business development approach. The objective is to secure long-term service contracts with clients and investors.

3. Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Targeted and direct marketing of the company's services through:

Professional phone communication Tailored email campaigns In-person client visits Online meetings via platforms like Travie, Zoom, etc.
2. Efficient handling of qualified lead databases provided by the company, with full responsibility for following up and converting leads into signed agreements.

3. Convincing clients by:

Clearly explaining the value of our services Presenting implementation methods Highlighting key competitive advantages Building trust and encouraging long-term cooperation
4. Proactive lead generation and market exploration to identify and approach new potential clients.

5. Targeting investors who are seeking:

Opportunities in service-based, real estate, or creative ventures Strategic partnerships for launching or expanding businesses Full support in company formation, acquiring industrial/commercial sites, and managing licensing or operations
4. Types of Contracts and Services to Be Promoted

Long-term service agreements with companies and individuals Business development and project launch contracts Investment partnerships across various sectors: real estate, art, services, logistics, light industry Tailored investment onboarding programs for UAE-based and international investors
5. Team Commitments & Professional Standards

1. Full commitment to professional ethics, transparency, and honest communication.

2. Adherence to the agreed attendance schedule (daily or flexible as required).

3. Submission of regular client follow-up and status reports.

6. Working Methodology

Initial meetings will be held either in person or via Travie. Performance-based contracts or commission agreements will be signed after evaluation. The company will provide all necessary support, marketing materials, and lead databases.
