to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing leads, advising clients on investment opportunities, and closing sales across both off-plan and ready properties.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and manage client leads (company-provided and self-generated).
Present and promote luxury properties and investment opportunities.
Conduct property viewings, site visits, and virtual consultations.
Negotiate terms and close transactions.
Maintain relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market trends and new project launches.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales (Dubai experience preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English; additional languages (French, Russian, Arabic, etc.) are a plus.
Goal-oriented, ambitious, and self-motivated.
UAE driving license preferred.
