Job Description
NAJ Logistics Express, Inc. is a globally integrated Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC) established in 2021. Licensed and bonded by the Federal Maritime Commission as an Ocean Transport Intermediary, the company specializes in comprehensive shipping solutions across diverse cargo types.
For our new UAE branch we are seeking Freight Procurement Manager to take over the following responsibilities:

Lead negotiations with shipping lines for competitive freight rates and container slot allocations
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with shipping carriers
Analyze market trends and shipping rates to optimize procurement strategies
Prepare and submit competitive price offers to potential exporters
Manage slot allocation contracts and ensure optimal utilization
Conduct market research to identify cost-effective shipping solutions
Develop pricing strategies that balance customer needs with company profitability
Coordinate with sales and operations teams to align procurement activities
Monitor and report on shipping market conditions and rate fluctuations
Negotiate volume-based discounts and long-term agreements with shipping lines
Manage Ocean freight invoices corrections as per agreed rates.

Optimize logistics cost structure
