Position: Sr. Business Development Manager - 1 Position

Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi, UAE

Salary: AED 16,000 - 20,000 (based on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager with strong market knowledge of Dubai and Abu Dhabi real estate developers. The ideal candidate must have solid broker relations and channel partner management experience within a real estate developer organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales and growth across Dubai and Abu Dhabi markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and key stakeholders. Identify and onboard new brokerage partners to expand the company's network. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project launches and sales processes. Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide strategic insights to management. Lead presentations and negotiations with brokers and clients to achieve business targets. Ensure brand visibility and strengthen developer-broker partnerships.
Requirements:

Arabic Speaker (mandatory) Proven experience working with developers in the UAE real estate sector Strong network of brokers and channel partners in Dubai and Abu Dhabi Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
