Job Title Freight Logistics Coordinator
Description
Negotiation for both air and sea Freight Charges with Freight Companies Reviewing the offers and preparing Purchase Order to appoint Freight Company for collect import material in coordination with Supervisor. Follow-up with freight forwarder for shipment status Shipment details & notifications for clearance & sales information Freight Tracker updation & its management. Preparing and appointing Courier booking- Follow up Preparing Courier Invoice Insuring Shipments Preparation & follow up Freight Purchase Orders. Freight analysis and mobilization of goods Advice accounts for payments on Freight POs (where credit facility is not there). Arrangement of clearance of Air and Sea shipment through PRO or clearing company. Follow-up with clearing agent till the stock arrives at our warehouse Coordinating Clearance of imported materials & advice accounts department on cash requirement for duty/ clearance in advance. Overall freight negotiation progress / contracts, freight input for EPMS, Projects & Manufacturing. Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- freight logistics: 6 years (Preferred)
- english (Preferred)
