Freight Forwarding Manager

Job Description
Sales & Client Management:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities Maintain and grow client relationships Regain lost accounts and follow up on payments Support pricing and prepare client proposals Collaborate with internal teams to deliver service excellence
Operations:
Manage end-to-end import/export freight operations Coordinate with carriers, customs, and internal teams Ensure timely shipments, compliance, and accurate documentation Negotiate freight rates and optimize cost & performance Resolve shipment delays, disputes, and claims Lead and train the freight forwarding team
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding (air, sea, and road) Strong understanding of customs regulations, Incoterms, and trade compliance Proficient in MS Office and logistics/ERP software Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
