Job Description
NexaXpert HR Consultancy is hiring a Freight Forwarding Coordinator for a leading Freight Forwarding Company in Dubai!
Location: Dubai | Salary: AED 6,000
Responsibilities:
Handle import & export documentation for air, sea, and land shipments.
Coordinate customs clearance and ensure compliance with regulations.
Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and clients.
Monitor shipment schedules and provide timely status updates.
Maintain accurate records and support smooth logistics operations.
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor's in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 2 years' experience in freight forwarding operations.
Knowledge of shipping documents (BL, AWB, invoices, etc.).Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English; Arabic/Hindi is an advantage.
