IMS, a leading start-up in the engineering and consultancy services market for major projects, is seeking freelance recruiters on a success fee basis for both corporate and technical positions on an international level to manage all selection activities.
IMS provides engineering consultancy services, sourcing personnel/consultants for international projects and directly handling international mobilization: accommodation, flights, certifications, permits, international contracts, etc.
Freelancer recruiter ( success fee ):
Responsibilities:
Understanding job description and requirement
Creating job descriptions
Managing recruitment channels
CV screening
Conducting selection interviews
Analyzing applications
Skills:
Knowledge of industrial and/or commercial sectors: Oil & Gas, Chemical, Civil, Infrastructure, Construction, etc.
Natural inclination towards relationships
Innovative attitude and creative thinking
Sales abilities and results-oriented approach
Strong team player with a cooperative attitude
WORK LOCATION: Remote
Employment contract: Contract with freelancer on a success fee basis
