IMS, a leading start-up in the engineering and consultancy services market for major projects, is seeking freelance recruiters on a success fee basis for both corporate and technical positions on an international level to manage all selection activities.

IMS provides engineering consultancy services, sourcing personnel/consultants for international projects and directly handling international mobilization: accommodation, flights, certifications, permits, international contracts, etc.

Freelancer Business Developer - (Success Fee):
IMS offers specialized companies a team of qualified professionals for major projects in Construction, Oil & Gas, Energy, Renewable, Supply Chain, and Petrochemical sectors, aiming to expand its market internationally. IMS is seeking an Agent with significant knowledge in at least one of these reference sectors.

Responsibilities:
Developing client portfolios in Oil & Gas, Construction, Energy, Logistics, and Manufacturing sectors, primarily with foreign projects.
Initiating initial contact with potential clients, advancing sales negotiations, formulating offers, quotes, and contracts, negotiating the best sales conditions.
Organizing and participating in meetings with clients to introduce the company and its services.
Gathering leads and requirements from clients.
