Job Description

We're seeking a reliable, passionate videographer in Dubai to support real estate shoots and post-production. This is a flexible, ongoing collaboration with potential for growth as we scale.

Project snapshot:

Client focus: Real estate properties (interiors and exteriors) Volume: Roughly 15 videos per client; we'll start with 1 video to begin Budget: 150 AED per reel, including shooting and editing Location: Dubai (on-site property shoots; remote editing is acceptable if agreed) Schedule: Availability flexible; we'll confirm each shoot 3-4 days in advance
What you'll do:

Shoot high-quality video footage of properties (interiors and exteriors) Edit footage into engaging reels per client requirements (final deliverables in suitable formats, 1080p) Ensure professional color correction, clean audio, and smooth storytelling for each reel Collaborate with us to understand client goals and maintain consistent branding Manage scheduling and on-site logistics in coordination with the team Maintain honesty, reliability, and timely communication
What we're looking for:

Demonstrated videography and editing experience, preferably in real estate A strong portfolio of real estate shoots or marketing reels Own professional gear (camera, lenses, stabilizers, lighting, editing workstation) or access to equivalent quality Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) Ability to shoot and deliver on tight timelines; flexible to meet client needs Honest, trustworthy, easy to work with, and excellent direction/execution in shooting and editing Based in or able to travel within Dubai; good communication and reliability
Compensation and terms:

Rate: 150 AED per reel (shooting + editing included) Start: We'll begin with one reel to test collaboration, with a view to increasing output Payment terms: To be arranged; typically upon delivery/approval of each reel Deliverables: 1 video reel per shoot; additional formats or versions can be discussed as needed Schedule: We'll discuss and confirm each shoot at least 3-4 days in advance
