We are looking for freelance trainers who will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions. The key areas of focus include, but are not limited to:

• Finance Management
• Electrical Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Chemical Engineering
• Plant Preservation and Operations
• Supply Chain Management and Logistics
• Quality Management
• Information Technology \xe2\x80\x93 Programming Languages, DBMS, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing etc.
• Sales, Marketing and Customer Care Management
• NDT Level 3
• HR \xe2\x80\x93 Payroll, Cost Control, Employee Engagements, Labour Laws etc
• Soft Skills \xe2\x80\x93 Leadership, Time Management, Communication, Emotional Intelligence, Conflict resolution etc.

Common Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in the relevant field.
• Proven track record of success and achievements in their respective industry.
• Previous experience as a professional trainer is mandatory.
• Ability to design, develop, and deliver effective training sessions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and captivate an audience.
• Proficient in using multimedia tools and technologies for effective presentations.
• Ability to tailor training content to meet the needs of diverse audiences.
• Flexibility to adapt training methods based on participant feedback and learning styles.
• Demonstrated commitment to staying current with industry trends and advancements.
• Willingness to continually update and enhance training materials.
• Ability to build positive and collaborative relationships with participants
