Role Description
Freelance Trainer - Accounts. The Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs on accounting practices and principles. Day-to-day tasks include preparing training materials, conducting training sessions, evaluating trainees' performance, and providing feedback. The role also involves staying updated with the latest accounting standards and regulations to ensure training content remains relevant and accurate.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and practices Experience in developing and delivering training programs Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency in using accounting software and tools Ability to assess trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback Relevant certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are a plus Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Prior experience in a consulting or educational role is an advantage
