As a MantraCare therapist, you will provide Online Therapy sessions to clients worldwide, addressing a range of mental health concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more. Responsibilities:

• Conduct Virtual Therapy sessions via video, chat, or phone, providing a safe and supportive environment for clients.
• Assess clients' Mental Health conditions through comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
• Provide effective therapeutic interventions, utilizing your expertise to guide clients towards positive change.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards. Track client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest Mental Health best practices, research, and industry standards to provide the highest quality of care.
• Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• A degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is essential.
• Proven experience in therapy, counseling, or Mental Health support.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and empathetic listening skills are critical.
• Ability to work Flexible Hours, adapting to the diverse needs of clients across different time zones.
• Comfortable and proficient in using digital platforms for virtual therapy sessions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Multilingual abilities (preferred but not required) to cater to a diverse client base.
