Job Description
We are looking for a
Freelance Facility Management Supervisor
to oversee operations and manpower during an upcoming event in the UAE. The ideal candidate will coordinate on-site facility services, ensure smooth daily operations, and manage the team to maintain a clean, safe, and organized event environment.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise facility and support staff during event operations. Coordinate daily cleaning, maintenance, and logistics activities. Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to company standards. Manage schedules and task distribution among team members. Report issues or requirements to the project manager promptly. Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations. Act as the main on-site contact for facility-related matters.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
facility management supervision
orevent operations
. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple teams and tasks under pressure. Good knowledge of safety procedures and operational standards. Flexible to work extended hours, weekends, and event timings. UAE experience preferred.Contract Details:
