We are looking for a
freelance sales representative
with a strong network and a passion for sales in the construction and fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will generate new business opportunities and bring in project leads for our interior fit-out and MEP contracting services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new clients and project opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, and contractors.
Present company services to prospective clients and close sales.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure successful project handovers.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior fit-out and MEP sectors.
Must have
own visa (Freelance/Residency)
.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Compensation & Benefits:
Commission-based income
- Attractive percentage per project secured.
Travel and housing allowance
