motivated Recruitment Consultant

to join our Dubai-based team.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Placement

Support healthcare candidates through registration and relocation Conduct candidate phone screens and manage interview processes Place candidates with our

existing healthcare partners

Source additional candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals (we provide a strong pipeline to start)

Business Development

Reach out to new and existing partners to expand our client network Build strong relationships with clinics, hospitals, and medical groups

CRM & Candidate Management

Keep CRM and tracking systems updated with candidate and client details Manage candidate journeys from initial contact to post-placement follow-up

Candidate Community & Support

Help candidates connect with others in the same city

What We're Looking For

Experience in

recruitment

,

talent acquisition

or

sales

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable using LinkedIn, sourcing tools, and CRM systems Proactive, independent, and motivated to achieve results Familiarity with

healthcare recruitment

is a bonus, not a requirement Open to being involved in social media (no editing skills needed)
