The selected candidate will be responsible for
bringing interior design or fit-out projects
to the company. Earnings will be
purely commission-based
, calculated as a
fixed percentage of the project value
successfully secured.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and bring interior design / fit-out projects to the company
Identify and approach potential clients (residential & commercial)
Coordinate initial discussions between client and company
Support negotiations until project confirmation
Maintain professional relationships with clients
Requirements:
Experience in sales, marketing, or business development (interiors / construction preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Own visa or freelancer visa preferred
Existing client network is an added advantage
Compensation:
Commission-based only
Sales executive will receive a
percentage of the confirmed interior project value
No cap on earnings - higher projects mean higher commissions
