We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic

Hotel & Hospitality Management Trainer

who can teach practical and theoretical aspects of hospitality management in a simple and easy-to-understand way. The trainer will help students gain industry-ready skills in hotel operations, front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and customer service.

Responsibilities

Teach theoretical and practical aspects of hotel and hospitality management Explain concepts of front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and customer service clearly Conduct practical sessions, demonstrations, and role-play activities Prepare training materials, exercises, and case studies Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback Make classes interactive, engaging, and learner-focused Share industry insights and best practices to enhance learning

Requirements

Educational background in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing) Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to explain concepts in a simple and practical manner Ability to handle students of different age groups and learning levels Teaching or industry experience in hotel/hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory
