Freelance / Part-Time QA/QC Civil & MEP Trainer

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Civil & MEP Trainer to join our institute on a freelance or part-time basis. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality QA/QC Civil and MEP training with practical, real-site knowledge and updated industry standards. The goal is to prepare students for QA/QC roles in construction and MEP projects.

Responsibilities

Conduct QA/QC Civil and QA/QC MEP training sessions online or on-site. Deliver complete QA/QC curriculum including inspections, testing, site quality procedures, and safety requirements. Teach documentation processes such as ITP, WIR, MIR, NCR, checklists, and reports. Provide practical examples from real projects to improve student understanding. Prepare training materials, lesson plans, sample documents, and assessments. Support students with doubt-clearing sessions, guidance, and continuous feedback. Ensure training is updated, interactive, and aligned with industry standards. Maintain professional communication and training quality.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (required) Proven experience in QA/QC Civil or QA/QC MEP roles Strong understanding of inspections, materials testing, MEP systems, and construction quality procedures Good communication and presentation skills Ability to teach concepts in a simple and practical manner Previous training experience is an advantage UAE-based candidates preferred Flexible availability (weekdays/weekends/evenings)
Work Schedule

Part-time / Freelance Flexible timings based on trainer and student availability
