Document Controller Trainer (Part-time)
We are looking for an experienced and patient
Document Controller Trainer
with
Aconex software experience
who can train students and professionals in a simple, practical, and easy-to-understand manner. The trainer will help learners understand real-world document control processes used in construction and engineering projects.
Responsibilities
Train students on Document Control concepts and best practices
Provide hands-on training on
Aconex software
Explain document workflows, transmittals, submittals, and reports
Prepare training materials, exercises, and practical examples
Monitor student progress and provide feedback
Make sessions interactive and industry-focused
Requirements
Proven experience as a Document Controller
Strong working knowledge of
Aconex software
Ability to explain concepts clearly and simply
Ability to train students with different experience levels
Training or teaching experience is an advantage
