We are a landscaping company looking for a freelance MEP consultant to support us on an ongoing basis with our residential and commercial landscaping projects.
Scope of Work:
Prepare and develop MEP drawings (irrigation, electrical, drainage, lighting, etc.) based on landscaping design requirements.
Provide technical input and solutions tailored to site conditions.
Ensure designs follow international best practices and (where applicable) UAE/local authority requirements.
Coordinate with our design team to deliver accurate and timely drawings.
Review contractor/shop drawings when needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in MEP design (landscaping, outdoor works, or construction).
Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software.
Ability to deliver clear and detailed drawings independently.
Strong communication skills and responsiveness for remote collaboration.
Nice to Have (Not Essential):
Previous experience with UAE projects and familiarity with local codes/standards.
Registration/approval with Dubai Municipality or other local authorities.
Collaboration:
This is a long-term freelance role on a per-project basis.
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented professional who can work with us flexibly as projects come in.
