Role Overview:

We are seeking a

creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will design compelling visuals for digital campaigns across social media, websites, and branding materials. You will work closely with the content and marketing team to deliver high-quality designs tailored to real estate projects and restaurant promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging graphics for

social media posts, stories, reels, ads, and banners

. Design

brochures, flyers, menus, digital invitations, property listings, and pitch decks

for real estate and restaurant clients. Develop branding materials such as

logos, brand guidelines, and visual identities

. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaign ideas. Ensure designs align with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Edit and enhance images and videos for digital platforms. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and creative best practices. Manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred). Proven experience as a

Graphic Designer in digital marketing or advertising

(real estate/restaurant industry experience is a plus). Strong portfolio showcasing social media, branding, and campaign designs. Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)

and Canva. Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines. Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
