highly talented, creative, and experienced Part-Time Graphic Designer
to elevate our marketing and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and create high-impact marketing materials, including property brochures, social media posts, flyers, presentations, email templates, and digital ads.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop visual concepts aligned with the company's brand and property marketing strategies.
Create compelling infographics, floor plans, and real estate project presentations.
Design branding materials for events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Maintain brand consistency across all designs and communication materials.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines with high-quality output.
Requirements:
3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality real estate marketing designs (brochures, social media creatives, ads, branding, etc.).
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
Knowledge of digital marketing trends and social media content creation is a big plus.
Attention to detail, creative flair, and a strong sense of visual storytelling.
Ability to work independently, take feedback positively, and deliver exceptional designs on time.
Understanding of real estate layouts, typography, and branding principles is highly preferred.
