Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Coordination:
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of the Executive Development Programme, ensuring each touchpoint is meticulously managed for a flawless experience.
High-Impact Guest Engagement:
Communicate effectively with distinguished clients to address queries, provide support, and ensure their experience surpasses expectations.
Vendor & Supplier Management:
Strategically engage with local and international vendors, suppliers, and venue staff to secure premium resources and enhance event quality.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee logistics, catering, entertainment, and venue management with a strategic focus on seamless execution and contingency planning.
Budget & Timeline Management:
Optimise event budgets, manage timelines, and handle vendor engagements with precision, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Cultural Compliance & Local Regulations:
Ensure all event activities comply with local regulations and respect Abu Dhabi's cultural norms, reflecting our commitment to inclusivity and professionalism.
Premium Guest Services:
Deliver white-glove service before, during, and after the event to guarantee satisfaction, build loyalty, and foster positive client relationships.
Post-Event Analysis:
Conduct thorough post-event evaluations to gather insights, measure success, and identify areas for strategic improvement.
Experience & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
Event Mastery:
Proven experience in event coordination or a related field, ideally within Abu Dhabi's hospitality or event management sector.
Cultural Awareness:
Understanding of local event regulations and cultural sensitivities in Abu Dhabi.
Exceptional Organisational Skills:
Ability to juggle multiple projects, manage complex logistics, and deliver excellence under pressure.
Strategic Communication:
Outstanding verbal and written skills in English with the capacity to engage high-profile clients effectively.
