Bilingual Customer Support & Order Assistant (Arabic & English) - Remote, Full-Time
Description:
Our company is a growing food distribution business based in the UAE. We are looking for a
dedicated and organized entry-level freelancer
to help us with
customer inquiries and order coordination
on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer messages via WhatsApp, Instagram, and other channels in
Arabic and English
Answer basic product inquiries and assist customers in placing orders
Ensure orders are complete and accurate before relaying them to the
operations/logistics team
Maintain a polite, professional, and timely communication style
Keep track of orders and follow up with the team when needed
Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic and English
(both spoken and written)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Comfortable using messaging apps and basic spreadsheets
Ability to work independently and respond quickly during shift hours

Working Hours:
8 hours per day
(flexible schedule but must be available during UAE daytime hours)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to AED2,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 48 per week
