Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Freelance Sales Agent to promote and sell Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems and home automation solutions. This opportunity is ideal for self-starters who are passionate about technology and have a strong sales background. The ideal candidate will actively seek business opportunities from property owners, B2B clients, and B2C customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation

: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ELV and home automation sectors, targeting property owners, businesses, and individual consumers.

Client Engagement

: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients across B2B and B2C channels, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Product Knowledge

: Stay informed about our ELV and home automation products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.

Sales Presentations

: Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase our offerings and close sales.

Negotiation

: Negotiate terms and conditions to secure profitable contracts while ensuring client satisfaction.

Market Research

: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.

Reporting

: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the technology or home automation industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with ELV systems and home automation technologies is a must
Compensation:

This is a commission-based freelance position. Earnings are directly tied to sales performance, providing unlimited earning potential.
