Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions in aviation-related subjects as assigned.
Develop, adapt, and update training materials in line with IATA and industry standards.
Assess participants' understanding through tests, exercises, and practical activities.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements during training delivery.
Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
Provide constructive feedback to participants to support their learning.
Stay updated with the latest trends, regulations, and best practices in aviation training.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must hold valid IATA certification(s)
in relevant aviation training areas (DGR, SMS, etc.).
Must have completed Train-the-Trainer (TTT)
certification.
Minimum 3 years of training experience in the aviation sector.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
Ability to conduct both in-person and online training.
Professional demeanor with a customer-focused approach.
Preferred Skills
Experience in curriculum design and course development.
Ability to manage multi-level participants in the same session.
Flexibility to deliver training on weekdays and weekends as per client needs.
