Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Arabic language training sessions (spoken, reading, and writing) as per the institute's curriculum or customized learner needs.
Develop lesson plans, activities, and assessments suited to different proficiency levels (beginner to advanced).
Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
Adapt teaching style to suit online or in-person delivery formats.
Participate in periodic meetings or training updates with the institute's academic team.
Requirements:
Native Arabic speaker (fluency in Classical and/or Gulf Arabic preferred).
Proven experience in teaching Arabic as a foreign or second language.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with modern teaching tools and digital learning platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.).
Ability to manage flexible schedules and conduct sessions during evenings or weekends if required.
Bachelor's degree in Languages, Education, or a related field (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
Experience in teaching children, professionals, or non-native learners.
Certification in language training (e.g., TAFL, TEFL for Arabic) is an added advantage.
Basic English proficiency for bilingual explanations (if required).
