Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Franchise Success Manager (Senior) to lead the growth, support, and performance optimization of our top-tier franchise partners. This role will act as the primary liaison for our major franchisees, ensuring seamless communication, data-driven decision-making, and alignment with Eyemazy's global strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct monthly 1-on-1 virtual meetings with top-tier franchisees to ensure alignment, support, and performance tracking Review and analyze franchisee monthly financial reports, identify trends and opportunities Lead project management efforts for new initiatives and implementations across the franchise network Provide hands-on support during new franchise openings and expansions Oversee and maintain franchisee dashboards and strategic documentation Manage third-phase franchisee payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Generate comprehensive monthly performance reports and present key insights to leadership

Shared Core Responsibilities (with Assistant):

Drive revenue performance and meet KPIs in franchise sales and marketing Develop and maintain comprehensive Franchisee Briefs aligned with Eyemazy's global SMART objectives Log all activities in the CRM/HUB system to ensure transparency and visibility Co-create strategic action plans with franchisees to support sustainable growth and engagement Collaborate on business planning to increase product penetration and profitability Educate and train franchisees on Eyemazy offerings, tools, and events to boost involvement Monitor partner performance and engagement levels; flag concerns promptly to leadership Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with franchise partners

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in franchise operations, account management, or partner success roles Proven leadership and strategic planning experience Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Proficiency in CRM platforms Experience managing financial data and dashboards

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
