What You'll Do:
Be the go-to contact for franchisee questions and support
Track performance, contracts, and documentation
Help onboard new franchisees and provide training
Handle escalated concerns and ensure smooth operations
Share reports and feedback with the internal team
Spot trends and suggest improvements
Promote Eyemazy's standards, mission, and values
What We're Looking For:
3+ years in partner support, relationship or account management
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Organized and proactive
CRM experience is a plus
Background in franchise or multi-location businesses is a bonus
