- Identify and evaluate potential markets for franchise expansion then recruit, screen, and select potential franchisees.
- Assist new franchisees in the setup process, including site selection and store opening.
- Make regular market and store visits to ensure brand standards and operational guidelines are implemented.
- Collaborate with franchisees to manage buying budgets to ensure efficient inventory levels and maximize profitability.
