This role is for someone who can lead organic social strategy while also capturing and creating visually compelling content that brings our guest experience to life. From sun-drenched brunches and poolside entertainment to immersive nightlife and beachfront moments, you will be the voice and lens of our brand across all platforms.



We are looking for a confident, hands-on professional with a background in hospitality, nightlife, or luxury lifestyle, who is comfortable creating high-quality social content on-site.

Your day to day

Key Responsibilities

Create and publish original content (photos, Reels, Stories, short-form video) across Instagram, TikTok, and Meta

Capture live content from events, F&B activations, entertainment, and daily operations

Maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with campaigns and brand messaging

Shoot and edit content using mobile or digital tools in fast-paced, on-property environments

Monitor engagement, analyze performance, and adjust based on insights

Support influencer visits, ensuring brand visibility and content deliverables are met

Collaborate with marketing, photography, and design teams to maintain visual consistency

What we need from you

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within hospitality, nightlife, or lifestyle brands

Strong visual storytelling skills and a proven portfolio

Proficiency with editing tools (CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Suite)

Confidence in on-site content creation, especially during live events

Flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings
