We are looking for a Marketing Manager with strong content creation and social media management skills to join the marketing team in The Heart of Europe hospitality sector, home to voco Hotels' adults-only island experiences in Dubai.



This role blends strategic marketing responsibilities with hands-on creative execution. You will lead marketing campaigns, manage brand presence, and produce high-impact digital content, while also owning the day-to-day management of our social media platforms, including posting, scheduling, and community engagement.



We're looking for a marketing all-rounder who thrives in a fast-paced, visually driven environment and has a proven background in hospitality, nightlife, or luxury lifestyle.

Your day to day

Marketing & Campaign Execution

Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for hotel rooms, events, F&B, and seasonal activations

Coordinate with PR, agency, and brand partners for joint marketing efforts

Align brand messaging across digital, print, and on-property touchpoints

Track campaign KPIs and produce weekly reports with insights and recommendations

Social Media Management

Own and manage all organic social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)

Schedule and publish content across platforms in line with the content calendar

Handle community management including DMs, comments, guest interactions, and escalation

Monitor social performance and suggest real-time adjustments based on trends and insights

Content Creation

Capture daily on-property content including reels, stories, and static posts

Shoot and edit videos that highlight events, guest experiences, lifestyle moments, and property features

Plan and execute weekly content shoots with internal teams

Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers as needed

What we need from you

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on social media and content

Proven experience in hospitality, nightlife, or luxury lifestyle brands

Demonstrated ability to create Reels and mobile-first video content

Skilled in social media scheduling tools and community management practices

Proficient with editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, Canva, or Adobe Suite

Ability to work on-site from The World Islands, including weekends and evenings for events
