Your day to day

:

\xc2\xb7 Endeavour to resolve all complaints during the shift and log all complaints in the logbook for further follow-up.

\xc2\xb7 Supervise colleagues during shifts and functions.

\xc2\xb7 Supervise outlet section service.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure restaurant operating equipment is clean and in working order.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain impeccable uniform and personal presentation standards in accordance with hotel policy.

\xc2\xb7 Execute cash handling and banking procedures.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare daily banking and cash flow reports.

\xc2\xb7 Establish and instruct staff in cash security procedures.

\xc2\xb7 Report or deal with irregular payments.

\xc2\xb7 Supervise the maintenance of service equipment.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor standards of guest facilities and services.

\xc2\xb7 Control stock and monitor security procedures.

\xc2\xb7 Perform any reasonable tasks as instructed by the manager.

What we need from you

Key Skills & Experience:

• \xc2\xb7 Previous experience in upscale fine dining restaurant is preferred.

\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with French wines and wine pairings is valuable, enhancing the dining experience for guests.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a team and in different functions.

\xc2\xb7 Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to provide personalized and attentive service to guests, handle special requests, and create a memorable dining experience.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to handle challenging situations gracefully, including addressing customer complaints, managing busy service periods, and resolving issues promptly.

\xc2\xb7 Great communication skills.

\xc2\xb7 Warm and inviting personality.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to think calmly under pressure.

\xc2\xb7 Willingness to learn open-mindedly.

\xc2\xb7 Willingness to work with a flexible schedule and responds positively to changing requirements including the performance of any tasks requested of you.

\xc2\xb7 Basic organization skills in restaurant operation.
