Your day to day

:

• Creating a warm welcome for every single guest that sets the tone for their experience with us
• Preparing and serving drinks to a high standard as well as highlighting promotions for our guests
• Owning your bar - managing stock, inventory and equipment as well as keeping the space cleaner than clean
• Packaging food and beverages for sale.
• Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
• Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality.
• Handling cash and credit transactions
• Working closely with your restaurant colleagues to deliver a truly seamless food service.

• Updating signage and displays to attract guests.
• Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter.
• Working as part of a fun, high-energy team.
• Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.

What we need from you

Key Skills & Experience:

• Ideally, you have 1-2 years of similar or relative experience as a Bartender.
• Excellent English communication skills and well-versed in hotel systems.
• Amenable for working rotating shifts.
• Ability to demonstrate working with and engaging teams from different cultures, strong verbal and written communication skills along with being quality oriented with focus on details, high performance standards, able to multi-task & meet deadlines and technical proficiency in related software preferable.
