Your day to day

Inspect, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment

Respond promptly to guest room maintenance calls related to electricity

Carry out preventive maintenance on lighting, power outlets, and wiring

Replace faulty light fixtures, switches, sockets, and circuit breakers

Monitor and maintain electrical panels and distribution boards

Support HVAC, kitchen equipment, and elevator-related electrical issues

Conduct routine checks on generators and UPS systems

Assist in setting up electrical requirements for events and functions

Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes

Coordinate with engineering team for general maintenance support

Keep records of maintenance logs and repair reports

Maintain cleanliness and safety in electrical panel rooms and work areas

Report major issues or risks to the Engineering Supervisor/Manager

What we need from you

Proven experience as an electrician, preferably in a hotel or facility management

Valid electrician certification or trade license

Strong understanding of electrical systems, safety codes, and troubleshooting techniques

Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals

Hands-on experience with tools and electrical diagnostic equipment

Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks and equipment

Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently

Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and be on-call if required

Good communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge of basic mechanical and plumbing is a plus

Attention to detail and safety-conscious attitude
