A Bubble tea business in Dubai with Central Kitchen and 3 Outlets is actively looking for a operations & business development manager with experience in the franchise market. Tokimeki is looking for someone to recruit and grow the franchise partners for the business. You must have a wealth of experience within the hospitality and service industry and come with a black book of contacts. The perfect candidate should have:

• Previous business development experience of at least 5years in UAE is a must! Particularly within a franchise environment & who has handled the branch operations inclusive of Central Kitchen.
• Work cross functionally with franchisees to develop plans for new stores, working with construction partners, contractors, real estate, operations, and supply chain to ensure stores are opened on schedule and within standards.
• Manage the delivery of franchise recruitment and re-sales in line with the business's targets and needs.
• Manage the end-to-end franchisee recruitment process.
• Positively promote and market the recruitment of franchisees and re-sale of existing franchisees.
• Assist prospective franchise partners during every stage of the project through to completion.
• Should have knowledge of ideal or potential locations to start an outlet that ensures maximum footfall.
• Should have experience in marketing strategies and plan and execute branding measures to ensure brand identity is enhanced.
• Should have driving license & own vehicle and be well-versed with various locations in UAE, especially in Dubai.
• Should have a track record of acquiring franchise agreements.
