Fragrance Manager UAE

How will you make an impact? As a true ambassador of Cartier, in the role of UAE Fragrance Manager you will be responsible for the brand development and to safeguard the brand image within the UAE, travel retail and boutique network. You will build a 3 year regional plan including P&L, leveraging sales and the use of innovative tools to drive clients. You are a true leader and in this role will be responsible for a small team who, with you, will develop the Cartier Parfums awareness in the UAE. In addition, you will work with the regional teams to support developing a wider Middle East strategy and conduct regular market visits (in the UAE) to both boutiques and point of sales. With your strong commercial acumen, you will negoiate the commercial conditions of our POS, scout for new locations and propose opening and closures within the network.
How will you experience success with us? Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in English, with excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients - Arabic language would be a plus but not essential. You have approximately 5 - 8 years of prior experience in the fragrance or beauty industry and have a sound understanding of the UAE/Middle East region & retail clientele.
