We are looking for an experienced
Fragrance Evaluator
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fragrance evaluation and a proven ability to analyze and assess fragrances for different applications. You will work closely with perfumers, product developers, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality fragrance creations that meet brand standards and market trends.Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, test, and analyze fragrances for perfumes, cosmetics, and personal care products. Provide expert feedback on fragrance quality, performance, and consumer appeal. Collaborate with perfumers to refine and adjust fragrance formulations. Translate marketing concepts into olfactory directions. Track fragrance trends and competitor launches to support new product development. Ensure compliance with company quality standards and regulatory guidelines. Prepare and maintain evaluation reports and documentation.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in fragrance evaluation, perfumery, or related field (required). Strong olfactory sense with the ability to distinguish and describe fragrance notes. In-depth knowledge of fragrance families, trends, and consumer preferences. Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills. Bachelor's degree in chemistry, cosmetic science, perfumery, or related field (preferred).Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
