YOUR ROLE
Our Evaluation function is a pivotal creative element within the Fine Fragrance Category structure.
As Senior Evaluator your role will be to provide in depth evaluation, marketing knowledge in order to drive creation of winning fragrances, hand in hand with perfumers and sales.
DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION
Be responsible for briefs related for Fine Fragrance & Personal care categories for India region
Contribute to winning briefs by selecting suitable fragrances that meet customer needs
Manage the collection/ Build up and Promote Library and ensure its alignment with business needs and customer requirements
Work closely transversally with Perfumers, Sales and Marketing teams and horizontally with the HQ and development team
Develop new fragrances for our yearly pro-active focus plan & work with the labs for testing product stability
Manage & train a "junior evaluator" who will assist you in the framework of your mission
PREQUISITE AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Fragrance House - Evaluation in Fine fragrances and Personal care.
Master in chemistry and/or ISPICA
Excellent knowledge of India market, including strong understanding of market insights, protocols, practices, and consumers understanding.
Solid understanding & application of regulatory constraints in line with the latest global guidelines
Fluent in English, French is a plus
