Job Description
Position: Perfume Mixer / Fragrance Compounder
Job Summary
The Perfume Mixer is responsible for accurately compounding, mixing, and preparing fragrance formulations according to approved recipes while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, safety, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately weigh, measure, and mix fragrance oils, aroma chemicals, alcohol, and fixatives as per approved formulas
Prepare perfume batches ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance with company standards
Maintain detailed records of formulations, batch numbers, and raw material usage
Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of mixing equipment and work area
Follow safety procedures, hygiene standards, and material handling guidelines
Assist in fragrance trials, modifications, and new product development when required
Conduct basic quality checks on finished blends
Coordinate with quality control, production, and inventory teams
Ensure strict confidentiality of perfume formulas and proprietary information

Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Perfume Mixer, Fragrance Compounder, or similar role
Knowledge of perfume raw materials and fragrance blending techniques
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow formulations precisely
Basic understanding of safety standards and chemical handling
Good organizational and record-keeping skills
