Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus. 3-5 years proven experience in financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficient in financial modeling and analysis tools. Advanced Excel skills are essential.
