The Opportunity
We're seeking a driven and smart
Sales Executive for our Air division
to lead outside sales and business development efforts for our
air
services in the Middle East region.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role -- perfect for a self-starter who thrives on building new relationships, capturing market share, and delivering value-driven solutions to global customers.
Job Profile:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand Air freight customer base across key global trade lanes.
Proactively prospect, target, and close new business in high-growth verticals
Conduct in-person client visits and presentations to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities.
Collaborate closely with operations, pricing, and compliance teams to design customized, competitive solutions.
Negotiate and close complex contracts that deliver long-term value to both the customer and the company.
Maintain strong pipeline discipline through CRM, managing opportunities from lead to close.
Stay ahead of market trends and competitor movements to identify and seize new business potential.
Represent Future next Shipping at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote our brand and expertise.
What You Bring
Minimum 2
years of outside sales experience
in
international freight forwarding
(air focus).
Proven track record of
business development success
-- generating new accounts and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of
air/ocean logistics, international trade, and global supply chain solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and deliver client-focused solutions.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
